Share Links let you give people outside your organisation read-only access to a learner's data. Recipients don't need a Spellcaster account — they simply open the link in their browser to view the information you've shared.
Share links can be scoped to different levels of detail depending on what you want the recipient to see:
Sharing a session or activity also grants access to the parent learner profile, so recipients always have context around the data they're viewing.
Recipients open the link in any browser and see the shared data in a clean, read-only view. All editing controls are hidden — they can view activity data, assessments, insights, and notes, but cannot modify anything.
Share links are designed with security in mind. You stay in control of who can access your learners' data and for how long.
