Understanding Groups

Spellcaster's group management system allows flexible organization of learners, with the ability to add learners to multiple groups and manage them efficiently.

Group Features:

  • Add learners to unlimited number of groups
  • Manage learners across multiple group memberships
  • Edit learner settings from any group they belong to
  • View group membership indicators on the dashboard
Group Management

Adding Learners to Groups

There are multiple ways to add learners to groups in Spellcaster, offering flexibility in managing your classroom organization.

Bulk Adding from Dashboard:

  • Navigate to the Learners tab on the dashboard
  • Select learners using the checkboxes next to their names
  • Click "Add to Group" in the toolbar at the bottom
  • Choose the desired group from the dropdown menu
  • Group initials will appear next to learner names after addition

Individual Adding:

  • Find the learner in the dashboard table
  • Click the three dots menu on their row
  • Select "Add to Group" from the menu
  • Choose the target group

Managing Group Membership

Spellcaster provides comprehensive tools for viewing and managing group membership through the Groups tab.

Viewing Group Members:

  • Access the Groups tab from the sidebar
  • Select the desired group to view
  • View complete list of group members
  • Monitor group membership through initials displayed on dashboard

Removing Members:

  • Navigate to the specific group view
  • Select learners using checkboxes next to their names
  • Click "Remove from Group" for selected learners
  • Remove individual or multiple learners simultaneously
